Role Overview

Medtronic is seeking a full-time Sales Representative – Spine to join its Surgical Innovations Business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves presenting and selling Medtronic Spinal and Biologics products and services to clients within an assigned territory. The position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience, strong relationship management skills, and commercial experience in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales growth targets.
• Conduct field sales calls, solicit orders, and promote assigned Medtronic Spinal and Biologics products.
• Present, provide in-service training, and sell products and services to current and potential clients.
• Support and advise physicians and clinical staff on the correct and safe use of Medtronic devices.
• Lead clinical selling activities within the assigned territory.
• Identify sales prospects and contact new and existing accounts.
• Prepare action plans and schedule activities to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
• Interact with purchasing managers and hospital administrators to negotiate and establish sales contracts.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to the District Manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid commercial experience within the medical device industry.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Natural ability to identify business opportunities.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves field sales calls and interactions with healthcare professionals in hospitals and surgical centers within the assigned territory.
