About the Role

Al-Watania Poultry (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for achieving sales objectives and expanding our market presence within the region. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales.

Role Purpose

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base. This role involves direct engagement with distributors and ensuring the efficient delivery and quality of our fresh products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Identify and develop new sales avenues to expand market reach.
• Execute planned sales routes efficiently and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
• Coordinate the delivery of refrigerators to fresh product distributors.
• Ensure the consistent quality of products during the delivery process.
• Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide daily oversight and support to channel distributors.
• Maintain continuous and effective communication with all customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular field visits and direct interaction with customers and distributors.
