About the Role

عبداللطيف وعبدالرحمن العواد للتكييف is seeking a Sales Representative specializing in Air Conditioning to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in HVAC sales, focusing on developing client relationships and achieving sales targets within the Riyadh market.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and attract potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Present suitable products and solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Track sales projects and opportunities from initial contact through to completion.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and submit sales-related reports.
• Coordinate with technical and administrative departments to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in air conditioning sales within Riyadh.
• Practical experience in selling air conditioning products and systems.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and cooling solutions.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and plans.
• Capability to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Good understanding of the air conditioning market and competitors in Riyadh.
• Ability to prepare price offers and follow up with clients until sales completion.
• Commitment, follow-up, and ability to work under pressure.
