Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales by providing excellent customer service, effectively marketing products, and maintaining an organized and appealing store environment. The Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring product availability and contributing to overall operational efficiency to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by aligning with the budgeted product mix across brands, categories, and SKUs to ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Adhere to standardized sales processes and maintain CRM systems, providing data-driven insights for operational consistency and performance improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance regularly to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for enhancement in individual and store-wide sales efforts.
• Manage inventory control procedures, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and tracking delivery and installation performance, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and attractive visual merchandising to provide a welcoming shopping environment and reinforce brand standards.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members to build capability, improve product knowledge, and ensure consistent service delivery.
