About Arrow Food Group

Arrow Food Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor DRD Nationals to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading market development, field execution, customer service, and the performance of the sales team. The role focuses on expanding accounts, maintaining merchandising standards, coaching VSRs (Van Sales Representatives), and resolving operational issues within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market visits, identify new opportunities, acquire targeted new accounts, and follow up on prospective customers.
Ensure that approved packages, Arrow execution standards, company equipment, merchandising standards, and planograms are implemented according to outlet classification.
Accompany and evaluate each VSR in the field at least once every two weeks using the FAR (Field Activity Report).
Coach team members, address development needs, deliver training, monitor progress, and provide recognition and feedback.
Support delivery, account management, merchandising, and equipment deployment based on business size.
Maintain a strong field presence to understand customer needs and promptly address execution gaps.
Track sales team performance and lead structured problem-solving through the MIR (Market Intelligence Report) and APR (Action Plan Review) processes.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring a strong field presence to effectively manage sales operations and team performance.
