The Opportunity: Sales Supervisor II

Almarai is seeking a Sales Supervisor II to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience who will be instrumental in driving sales and distribution for Almarai Bakery products within a designated area.

Role Purpose

The Sales Supervisor II will be responsible for delivering the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of all Almarai Bakery products. This role involves ensuring strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures, maintaining high sales and merchandising standards, and providing leadership to a team of salesmen.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within the designated area to achieve growth objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest sales and merchandising standards.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of salesmen.

Qualifications and Experience

• College Diploma.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in the FMCG business.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales operations in an FMCG environment.
• Valid driving license.

Required Skills

• Highly skilled in reporting, communication, and MS Office applications.
• Basic written and spoken English language proficiency.
• Numerate and analytical capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to function effectively as a team player.
