Al Safi Danone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in sales supervision, focusing on achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships within a specified geographic area.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Sales Supervisor is to lead a sales team to effectively meet sales targets, adhering to company policies, procedures, and systems within their assigned geographic region. This position also involves cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive accelerated growth and maximize market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily team meetings to discuss operations, targets, journey plans using Road net, IDS compliance deviations, and agree on corrective actions with salesmen after field visits.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of sales and distribution channels and competitor activity, sharing insights with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) for appropriate actions.
Develop weekly plans for the assigned area in line with targets and submit them to the Branch or Area Sales Manager.
Follow up daily on the sales plan, ensuring field implementation and improved customer service according to customer classification.
Execute agreements with local Key Accounts in alignment with ASM instructions.
Maintain positive business relations with representatives of Key Accounts in the area.
Create and execute daily journey planning for the sales team to ensure efficient customer routes, aligned with company procedures and the ASM.
Conduct weekly work-withs (route-rides) to ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and standards execution, and to facilitate salesman development through on-the-job coaching.
Conduct daily endorsement sessions, ensuring usage and reporting with OPTSAL in accordance with Sales & Distribution policies and procedures.
Organize and supervise the activities of a small team to ensure efficient, effective, and procedurally compliant work within the sales branch.
Provide formal and informal feedback to subordinates to support their continuous development.
Train the team in the field on Sales fundamentals and skills (Distribution, Coverage, and Visibility), and periodically update them on company and sales policies.
Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
