The Role of Security Guard

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment at the company's premises. The role involves vigilant monitoring, strict adherence to security protocols, and prompt response to any security concerns or incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record the entry and exit of all vehicles, visitors, and personnel.
• Maintain accurate and daily entries in the security logbook.
• Ensure that proper gate passes are issued for all outgoing items and stocks.
• Oversee the implementation of precautionary measures, including those related to public health guidelines.
• Operate and monitor the video surveillance system, reviewing footage as required.
• Identify authorized vehicles and manage barrier gate access.
• Adhere strictly to all established security policies and procedures.
• Regulate and streamline inward and outward traffic flow.
• Respond promptly to alarms and calls concerning security issues.
• Alert relevant authorities during emergencies or security breaches.
• Observe and report any irregular or unusual conditions that could pose security concerns or safety hazards.
• Contact supervisors in emergency situations or threats, managing the situation until further assistance arrives.
• Provide assistance and support to visitors and employees at access points.
• Regularly check alarm systems and CCTVs to ensure operational readiness, reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Liaise with external authorities, such as police for theft incidents or civil defense for fires, during emergencies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a security-related role.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond calmly in emergency situations.

Work Location

This full-time position is based at Agility Logistics (KSA) facilities within the Riyadh Province, specifically in the city of Riyadh.
