The Role: Senior Analyst, BCG Vantage

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, BCG Vantage to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is within the Client Focus role of BCG's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure Practice Area. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and involves working with clients from both public and private sectors on a range of strategic and cross-disciplinary topics, including strategy design, revenue management, cost optimization, portfolio strategy, asset management, digital transformation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering value to clients through individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets such as products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, and domain-specific expertise.
• Contributing to cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights to help case teams achieve client impact.
• Supporting commercialization efforts for the cities & regions topic in conjunction with business leaders, through analysis and insights for proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
• Contributing to the development of intellectual property and assets for the business.
• Assisting in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues based on sector expertise.
• Working within the Cities, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate & Tourism (CRT) sector, covering various property sectors, geographies, and client types, leveraging local and global industry expertise.
• Undertaking occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand requirements and design/develop solutions.

Collaboration and Team Environment

The Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage will collaborate directly with clients, BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. During periods between cases, the role involves working with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to provide expertise and capabilities to both internal and external clients. The team comprises a diverse range of BCG Vantage positions.
