The Role of Senior Business Development Manager

Help AG is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia market. This full-time role focuses on a specific industry within the Saudi Arabian market. The manager will identify new opportunities for Help AG products and services, coordinating activities with Help AG management and vendor partners. The role is supported by Help AG's marketing activities, reputation, references in the Saudi market, and a team of security experts. The Senior Business Development Manager serves as a continuous point of contact for customers, engaging target customers and introducing Help AG's portfolio via phone, email, and introductory meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction for existing clients and prospects.
• Structure the market, customers, and opportunities, and prioritize activities.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Generate incremental revenue streams.
• Maintain and enhance existing business relationships.
• Be accountable for a minimum of USD 5 million in annual revenue.
• Coordinate Proof of Concepts (PoC's) and tender processes.
• Support the finance team in collecting accounts receivables.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
