Senior Business Process Excellence

About the Role

Systems Arabia is seeking a Senior Business Process Excellence / Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving enterprise process improvement, operating model transformation, governance, and operational efficiency across both business and technology functions. The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of experience, preferably within financial services, banking, wealth management, asset management, or consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct As-Is assessments and design To-Be processes and improvement roadmaps.
• Develop end-to-end process architecture, including hierarchies, landscapes, dependencies, and cross-functional processes.
• Design process governance frameworks, covering ownership, accountability, and decision rights.
• Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) that encompass processes, people, governance, technology, and operating responsibilities.
• Drive process standardisation, simplification, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for digitalisation, workflow automation, and technology enablement.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
• Support transformation initiatives from assessment and design through to implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in BPM, process architecture, process optimisation, and TOM design.
• Proven experience in process governance, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with automation, digitalisation, and workflow optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Business, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma, BPM, CBPP, or similar certification is an advantage.
