About the Role

Jobskey is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to leading innovative construction projects, requiring both technical expertise and a strategic approach to align projects with business objectives and client expectations. The Senior Civil Engineer will lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets using project management software.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, analyzing environmental and logistical factors to inform project design and execution.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Review and approve engineering designs and calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices to mitigate risks.
Implement innovative engineering solutions and technologies to improve project efficiency and sustainability.
Prepare and present detailed project reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders, communicating technical information clearly.
Oversee construction activities, conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering.
