About the Role

Discovered MENA is seeking a Senior Consultant Process Mining & Data Analytics to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves transforming enterprise data into actionable operational insights for a premier global digital management consultancy. The position is open to professionals with 5-10 years of experience in process mining and performance optimization.

Role Context and Focus

The Senior Consultant will operate at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, and digital transformation. This involves leveraging process mining and intelligent automation platforms to analyze end-to-end enterprise processes for tier-1 clients across both public and private sectors within the region. Key process areas include P2P, O2C, Accounts Payable, Maintenance, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end process mining projects, from value-driven scoping and requirement gathering to data model architecture, dashboard creation, and root-cause analysis.
Calculate business cases, quantify process inefficiencies, and design optimization measures for executive stakeholders.
Support clients in establishing Process Mining Centers of Excellence, including defining operating models, governance, and capability-building programs.
Contribute to proposal development, client pitches, asset building, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

5-10 years of professional experience in process mining and performance optimization.
Demonstrated ability to turn raw enterprise data into actionable operational insights.
Experience with cutting-edge process mining and intelligent automation platforms.
Candidates must currently hold a Transferable Iqama or Premium Residency in Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working with a global digital management consultancy. The role involves engaging with tier-1 clients across both public and private sectors in the region.
