Process Performance Consultant Mining

About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Senior Consultant- Process Mining to join their team. This full-time role involves leveraging process mining techniques to analyze and optimize business processes across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze processes across diverse industries such as Public, Finance, Retail, and luxury goods, focusing on logistics, production, and support processes like purchase-to-pay, accounts payable, and order-to-cash, utilizing process mining methodologies.
• Support project teams in the end-to-end delivery of process mining projects, encompassing value-driven approach conception, requirements engineering, technical data model setup, analysis creation, and implementation of optimization measures.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop value assessments, advising clients on the selection of suitable processes and use cases for process mining analysis.
• Independently design and create analyses, evaluate key figures, and derive insights into process inefficiencies and their root causes.
• Present key analysis findings and KPIs to management, calculate business cases for identified process inefficiencies, and assess potential optimization measures.

Qualifications and Experience

• An outstanding university degree with a focus on business or information technology.
• Majors in process mining, data analytics, process management, or business intelligence are ideal.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
