About the Role

Holo is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the daily execution, tracking, optimization, and analysis of Holo’s digital marketing activities within Saudi Arabia. The specialist will report directly to the Senior Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant channels.
Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign builds, budgets, bidding, targeting, audiences, creatives, and A/B testing.
Monitor performance daily to identify opportunities for improving CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign efficiency.
Manage campaigns with a focus on lead generation, optimizing for lead volume, CPL, qualified leads, and downstream conversion.
Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and other ad-tech platforms.
Collaborate with Growth and Tech teams to ensure correct implementation and firing of events, pixels, data layers, form tracking, and conversion events.
Support offline conversion tracking and CRM integrations to ensure accurate lead and conversion data for advertising platform optimization.
Analyze the full lead-generation funnel to identify user drop-off points and determine which channels, campaigns, audiences, and creatives generate the highest-quality leads.
Maintain UTM structures, campaign naming conventions, event taxonomy, and tracking documentation.
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Support ongoing CRO and experimentation, including landing page, creative, audience, messaging, and funnel tests.
Identify and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and data-quality issues across ad platforms, GA4, CRM, and internal reporting.
Stay updated with new ad products, platform updates, measurement solutions, and performance marketing trends.

Required Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
Previous experience in a lead-generation focused business, with a strong understanding of managing and optimizing paid media for lead volume, CPL, lead quality, and conversion.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, keyword management, search terms, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization), Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
Strong understanding of the full lead funnel, from ad click and form submission through qualification and conversion.
Highly analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently launch campaigns, troubleshoot tracking issues, and use data for decision-making.
Comfortable working with large campaign budgets and multiple paid acquisition channels.

Preferred Skills

Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, CRM integrations, offline conversions, CAPI/server-side tracking, Looker Studio, SQL, or other analytics tools.
Around 3-5 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market and an understanding of KSA digital consumer behavior and the advertising landscape.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with Growth and Tech teams to ensure effective digital marketing operations.
