YO IT Consulting is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable productivity improvements for enterprise clients.

Role Overview

The Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered workflows within large organizations. This position requires a strategic approach to identifying process improvements, architecting cross-platform AI solutions, and enabling successful AI adoption across various enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows to achieve measurable productivity improvements.
Develop and optimize workflow automation using leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
Architect cross-platform AI solutions, ensuring workflow portability and interoperability across diverse enterprise environments.
Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements through systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI workflow outcomes and business value.

Required Qualifications

Proven track record in designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations within large organizations.
Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption and enablement across cross-functional teams.
Experience in enterprise change management initiatives focused on digital transformation and process improvement.
Excellent systems thinking skills, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives.
