Azadea Group is seeking a Senior F&B Quality Control Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining high standards across all food and beverage operations.

Role Overview

The Senior F&B Quality Control Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of quality standards for Food & Beverage. This includes the development, maintenance, monitoring, assessment, and implementation of all quality protocols related to receiving, storing, handling, and transportation of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and resources in the market, providing recommendations for adaptable methods.
• Develop and review Quality Assurance documentation, prepare reports on food safety and quality status, and gather information on failed processes, system improvements, and corrective actions.
• Develop, oversee, and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements, and company food safety policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all restaurants and the F&B warehouse to ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and Azadea's Policies and Procedures regarding deliveries, preparation, raw materials, end-products, storage, and handling.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for all food handlers, where applicable with an accredited body, in accordance with required certifications and Azadea's Policies and Procedures.
• Investigate internal and external customer complaints, ensuring adherence to established standards.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality control within the Food & Beverage sector.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on maintaining and enhancing food quality and safety standards across Azadea Group's F&B operations.
