This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant project encompassing sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure.

The Role of Senior Geotechnical Manager

As a Senior Geotechnical Manager, you will lead integrated teams and oversee geotechnical design services across multiple projects within this large-scale development. This position requires a professional who can drive technical excellence, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic initiatives while managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual business plan objectives within agreed deadlines and budget constraints.
• Lead and manage geotechnical design resources, overseeing the delivery of geotechnical design services across multiple projects.
• Present management review data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and functional leadership teams.
• Support business development, work-winning initiatives, and the delivery of training and capability development programs.
• Ensure compliance with management systems, project governance, and defined roles and responsibilities.
• Act as the primary focal point for geotechnical design matters, driving continuous improvement in delivery plans, technical standards, tools, and processes.
• Influence procurement strategies, contractual and legal matters, and promote technical excellence through effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Support net zero carbon objectives by proactively identifying, managing, and reducing carbon emissions while leveraging organizational knowledge and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
• Significant experience leading geotechnical design teams.
• Significant experience delivering major infrastructure or building projects.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic project environment. The role involves leading integrated teams on a large-scale development, requiring high-calibre professionals to manage complex geotechnical challenges.
