Role Overview: Senior HR Specialist

We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to developing and implementing HR strategies that align directly with business goals. The specialist will manage complex HR functions, working closely with management to foster a positive work environment and support talent development initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
