About the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the HR function in alignment with SANY Saudi Arabia’s business objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and business leaders.
  • Lead manpower planning and ensure effective workforce allocation according to business requirements.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective HR operations and accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant government requirements.
  • Support organizational development and promote a professional and positive workplace culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce data, and key HR metrics for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Significant experience in HR management, preferably within a multinational, industrial, construction, heavy equipment, or similar organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR regulations, and local HR practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Work Environment

The role involves working within a dynamic environment, supporting a multinational organization in the industrial and construction sector.
