Senior Manager Culture Strategy Support

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Culture Strategy Support to lead the development of portfolio, asset, and project strategies within its Culture portfolio. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves working across a diverse range of cultural assets and initiatives, driving strategic analysis, financial modeling, market research, and portfolio planning to support decision-making and long-term value creation. The Senior Manager will operate as a proactive and commercially minded strategist, delivering high-quality outcomes independently while contributing to team capability development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of portfolio, asset, and project strategies across Qiddiya’s Culture portfolio.
• Develop strategy briefs, project plans, and strategic recommendations to support projects and decision-making.
• Build financial models, P&Ls, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess strategic opportunities and risks.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, trend analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Generate data-driven strategic insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making and portfolio planning.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and decision-making across the Culture portfolio.
• Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery against objectives and timelines.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and materials for committees and senior stakeholders.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and partners to drive alignment and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and culture projects.
