Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Development Business Solutions to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving the design, configuration, and execution of bespoke technology solutions and process automations across the property development lifecycle.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Development Business Solutions Design & Delivery acts as a technical innovator, bridging enterprise software, custom development, and real estate operations. This position involves creating tailored solutions for unique mega-project requirements, encompassing areas such as feasibility, master planning, design, logistics, QHSEW, construction management, asset development, and real estate operations. The role requires orchestrating custom software delivery, automating complex workflows, ensuring inter-system consistency, and providing transparent tracking across various property development domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, prototyping, and end-to-end delivery of bespoke software applications, specialized web tools, and domain-specific modules.
• Build and deploy tailored digital tools supporting feasibility, master planning, design, logistics, QHSEW, construction management, asset development, and real estate operations.
• Ensure custom-built applications integrate smoothly with core enterprise platforms (*, ERP, BIM, GIS, Cost Management, Project Controls) for unified data exchange.
• Collaborate with domain experts in Master Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Finance to translate operational needs into technical specifications.
• Identify and automate manual bottlenecks across planning, engineering, and finance workflows to streamline approvals, data ingestion, and status synchronization.
• Connect siloed processes between commercial, engineering, and finance teams to eliminate dual entry and reduce human error.
• Establish automated data quality checks, validation scripts, and integration protocols to ensure data consistency.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels and delivery expectations.
• Engage with vendors to address incidents, defects, and enhancement requirements.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders to ensure consistent application performance.
• Execute application activities in line with approved governance frameworks, controls, and documentation standards.
• Provide evidence and inputs for audits, reviews, and assurance activities related to delivered applications.
• Deliver improvements to enhance application effectiveness and user experience.
• Define and achieve performance goals in discussion with the reporting manager.
• Take ownership of personal learning and development by identifying needs and bridging gaps.
• Understand and develop relevant competencies for the role.
• Stay informed of professional and industry developments through continuous education and professional networks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, digital solution design, and systems delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale property development projects.
