Senior Manager Development Strategy

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Senior Manager - Development Strategy to join its Office Business Unit in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is focused on strategy, responsible for shaping Qiddiya's office portfolio and ensuring that products, phasing, and development plans align with market demand and business objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and combines market intelligence, commercial analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support the delivery of commercially successful office developments across Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
• Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and occupier analysis to inform development decisions.
• Assess office market risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Define office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
• Support the identification of anchor occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to optimise project outcomes.
• Develop recommendations on project phasing, prioritisation, and investment decisions.
• Manage external consultants and advisory workstreams.
• Support engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy-focused roles, particularly within real estate development or a related sector. The role demands a strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial analysis.
