Senior Manager Early Warning & Portfolio Monitoring

About the Role

Alrajhi Bank is seeking a Senior Manager Early Warning & Portfolio Monitoring to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing and implementing early warning systems and portfolio monitoring procedures to prevent defaults and manage problematic accounts within the non-retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with Portfolio Monitoring & Early Warning System (EWS) procedures.
• Coordinate with Business, Corporate Credit, and Special Assets teams to develop and implement corrective action plans for accounts flagged under the EWS framework.
• Follow up on agreed action plans to prevent potential defaults.
• Lead large-scale data transformation initiatives and establish enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Deliver advanced analytics solutions to support effective decision-making.
• Establish the framework and processes for non-retail portfolio analysis.
• Conduct periodic analysis of the portfolio and advise on effective pre-emptive controls.
• Manage and implement the EWS framework, ensuring data integrity for its preparation.
• Prepare periodic EWS reports to track progress, performance, and quality of implemented processes.
• Advise on Early Warning Signals based on portfolio reviews and lessons learned from problematic portfolios.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate, SME, or Commercial Banking.

Required Skills

• Experience in Data Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in portfolio management.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis within Alrajhi Bank.
