About the Role

SThree is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Destination Marketing, to lead marketing strategy and brand positioning for a large-scale destination or real estate development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving awareness, engagement, and commercial success across target audiences, reporting to the Marketing Director within the Commercial Division.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive destination marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Define and strengthen the destination’s positioning, brand proposition, and market presence.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, events, and other relevant channels.
Create compelling campaigns and narratives that communicate the destination’s identity, experiences, and value proposition.
Identify priority customer and visitor segments and develop targeted engagement strategies.
Manage destination campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and performance measurement.
Collaborate with internal commercial, development, and operational teams to align marketing activities with overall destination strategy.
Work with external agencies, strategic partners, and stakeholders to extend destination reach and visibility.
Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs, optimizing activities based on performance insights.
Support destination launches, activations, events, and major commercial initiatives.
Manage relevant marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation across campaigns and channels.

Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in destination marketing or a closely related environment, such as major destinations, tourism developments, mixed-use developments, large-scale real estate projects, or hospitality-led destinations.
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of destination positioning, brand development, and customer/visitor engagement.
Experience managing multiple marketing channels, agencies, and external partners.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing strategy to broader business objectives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in complex environments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
