About the Role

Yamama Cement Company is seeking a Senior Mechanic to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing essential mechanical maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of production units and equipment within the company's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Monitor the performance of production units to ensure operation within designated limits and report any observations affecting equipment efficiency.
Identify necessary tools and equipment for maintenance, assess their readiness, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure continuous availability.
Organize and store maintenance tools in designated locations, maintain them properly, and ensure appropriate disposal of maintenance waste.
Execute mechanical repair tasks, including welding, cutting, and refurbishing replaced parts to ensure their readiness and efficiency.
Comply with all safety procedures before commencing work, including verifying required permits and lockout/tagout forms.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Senior Mechanic will contribute to maintaining the operational integrity of Yamama Cement Company's production units.
