Senior Mechanic

About the Role

Yamama Cement is seeking a Senior Mechanic to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves performing essential mechanical maintenance and repair work to ensure the efficient operation of production units.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Monitor the performance of production units to ensure operation within designated limits and report any observations affecting equipment efficiency.
• Identify necessary maintenance tools and equipment, assess their readiness, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure continuous availability.
• Organize and store maintenance tools in their designated locations, maintain them properly, and ensure appropriate disposal of maintenance waste.
• Execute mechanical repair tasks, including welding, cutting, and refurbishing replaced parts to ensure their readiness and efficiency.
• Comply with all safety procedures before commencing work, including verifying required permits and lockout/tagout forms.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on maintaining the mechanical integrity and operational efficiency of industrial equipment within the cement production environment.
