The Role of Senior Medical Representative

Ego Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Medical Representative to launch and establish its business operations in the Riyadh City market, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves introducing Ego products to healthcare professionals and generating demand through medical visits across various specialties. The representative will also maintain a strong presence in retail pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to physicians, including dermatologists, pediatricians, and general practitioners, to create demand for Ego brands through product detailing and professional selling techniques.
• Ensure sufficient product availability at points of sale (POS) linked to clinics or hospitals, and verify that orders reflect prescription levels.
• Manage all POS-related activities, including securing stock, placing orders to ensure adequate SKU quantities at the outlet level, and overseeing the visual presentation of Ego brands on shelves and stands.
• Conduct face-to-face field training for POS staff to enhance product awareness and advisory capabilities.
• Assist in organizing and executing launch events with key customers.

Business Support and Stakeholder Engagement

This position will occasionally provide support to the business by serving as a primary contact point. This includes interactions with distributors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), regulatory bodies, consumer associations, institutions, and customs, as required.
