About the Role

TAWANTECH is seeking a Senior Officer Digital Performance to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting and analyzing the performance of digital banking and innovation initiatives, contributing to strategic reporting and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Officer Digital Performance will undertake a range of duties, including:

• Supporting Digital Banking & Innovation (DBI) performance.
• Issuing monthly performance reports.
• Analyzing performance for specific initiatives.
• Supporting the development of monthly DBI dashboards.
• Issuing analytical reports through the Digital Channels Analytics Engine, with a focus on user behavior.
• Supporting the development of DBI reports as requested by SAMA.
• Supporting the DBI budget and issuing monthly spend reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business field, MIS, Math, Statistics, or Finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills and behavioral competencies:

• Technical Skills: Reporting, Analysis, Finance, Data Visualization.
