Senior Project Manager Dry Buildings / Utilities

About the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Project Manager Dry Buildings / Utilities to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working on a large luxury mixed-use development, where Mace provides project management consultancy services. The role focuses on leading the safe and coordinated delivery of dry buildings and utility infrastructure, from design through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dry buildings and utility packages from design coordination through commissioning, energisation, handover, and closeout.
• Integrate contractors, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to resolve interfaces, approvals, and sequencing.
• Manage programme, cost, procurement, risk, change, reporting, and recovery planning.
• Champion safety, quality, sustainability, compliance, and operational readiness across every project.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, robust quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), share best practice, and unlock potential across Mace.

• Possess technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.

• Manage project delivery from inception through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction phases, adhering to the overall delivery program and agreed milestones.
• Manage project budgets, identify risks, challenges, and propose mitigations.
• Support the long-term development of the function or Business Unit (BU).
• Manage design and consultant teams collaboratively to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
• Actively network, innovate, and seek best practice, utilising Mace Group's knowledge resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the safe, coordinated delivery of dry buildings and utility infrastructure.
• Experience in integrating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, approvals, and handover processes.
• Proficiency in integrated planning, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined control of cost, programme, risk, and quality.
