About the Role

Maverick, a fit-out contractor specializing in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, offices, and commercial interior projects across Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This role is focused on driving growth and expanding Maverick's market presence within the Kingdom by delivering comprehensive turnkey fit-out solutions.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the Saudi Arabian market. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Riyadh and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key business partners.
  • Conduct client visits to present Maverick's services.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with internal design, technical, and commercial teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up on quotations, engage in negotiations, and pursue project opportunities.
  • Represent Maverick professionally at meetings and industry events.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales and business development targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
  • Prior experience within the Fit-Out, Construction, Interior Design, Hospitality, Real Estate, or B2B Sales sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
  • A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
