About the Senior Sales Executive Role

SalesUp, a growing marketing agency, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to expanding our client base and driving the adoption of our digital marketing solutions.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Senior Sales Executive will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. The primary objective is to enable businesses to achieve sustainable growth by effectively matching their needs with SalesUp's comprehensive suite of digital marketing services. This position requires a results-driven professional capable of managing the entire sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and actively develop new business opportunities within the target market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and recommend the most suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed established monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate effectively with internal marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the digital marketing, advertising, or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
• Strong ability to build rapport and cultivate professional relationships with diverse clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving client success and revenue growth.
