Senior Service Technician

About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Senior Service Technician to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves performing essential preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities for existing systems. The Senior Service Technician will work with a mentor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes.
• Implement minor changes to systems and configurations.
• Communicate facts, practices, and policies clearly to both internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 4 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual contributor who can address problems and issues that generally fall within a single job area or discipline, where the scope of the problem is well-defined. Less frequently, problems may be vaguely defined, requiring an understanding and consideration of other job areas.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations.
• Ability to apply broad theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices, though less frequently.
• Application of knowledge is primarily domestic and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time individual contributor role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Service Technician will operate without direct responsibility for leading others, focusing on technical service delivery and customer satisfaction.
