About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is developing a transformative giga project in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to establish a premier destination for entertainment, culture, and lifestyle. Based in Riyadh, the Senior Specialist - External Programs & Policies (Local Content) plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s commitment to local content integration, supplier development, and compliance with government policies. This is a full-time position.

Role Purpose and Contribution

This role is central to ensuring Qiddiya's projects contribute significantly to national objectives by maximizing local content. The Senior Specialist will support the strategic direction and operational execution of initiatives designed to foster local economic participation and develop the capabilities of local suppliers, ensuring adherence to national regulations and PIF guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of strategies to enhance local content across all Qiddiya projects, aligning with PIF and national objectives.
• Monitor and interpret local content regulations and government mandates to ensure full compliance across all operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting, and analysis related to local content performance and its impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement and supply chain teams, to integrate local content targets into operational processes.
• Assist in the design and execution of programs focused on building capacity and capabilities within local supplier bases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers, government agencies, and other relevant bodies to promote supplier growth and compliance.

Stakeholder Coordination and Compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for audits and ensure consistent adherence to local content policies.
• Serve as a primary liaison to external stakeholders, including government officials and regulatory bodies, on matters related to local content.
• Provide guidance and training to relevant internal teams on local content requirements and best practices to ensure widespread understanding and implementation.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in local content integration, supplier development, or policy compliance within a large-scale project or corporate environment.
