Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and operational objectives.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist will contribute to the strategic direction of IT within Qiddiya, ensuring that technological initiatives support broader business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to help shape the future IT landscape of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs.
• Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives.
• Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategy.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles.
• Experience with project management or relevant certifications is an advantage.
