About Red Sea Global and the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking a Senior Specialist Operations Compliance to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the operational excellence and regulatory adherence across RSG's diverse portfolio. While Coastal Transportation Services Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, provides specialized transportation services, this role focuses on corporate-level compliance for the broader RSG group of companies.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Operations Compliance function at the RSG corporate level. The Senior Specialist will assist in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and regulatory compliance programs across RSG’s operational portfolio. This position provides essential operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Director Operations Compliance, contributing directly to RSG’s commitment to operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and organizational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs, SLAs, and operational procedures across RSG corporate functions and subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to document control standards.
• Monitor compliance framework implementation, identify gaps, and escalate corrective actions to the Director, Operations Compliance.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, registers, procedures, forms, templates, and records.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management summaries.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain operational and compliance data from various business functions to support performance tracking.
• Assist in planning and conducting regular audits of operational processes, tracking the implementation and closure of corrective actions.
• Monitor applicable international and local regulatory requirements relevant to RSG’s operational domains (land, marine, air mobility) and support coordination with regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, awareness sessions, and compliance initiatives, liaising with cross-functional teams for information collection and action tracking.
• Provide project and administrative support for assigned compliance projects and departmental objectives, managing action items, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Adhere to all relevant functional policies, processes, and instructions, and contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in departmental systems and practices.

Required Experience and Attributes

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support.
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation, registers, and records.
• Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with regulatory monitoring and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and shifting priorities.

Organizational Context

This role is situated within the Operations Compliance department, part of the Operations Excellence division at the RSG corporate level. The Senior Specialist Operations Compliance reports directly to the Director, Operations Compliance. The position requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments, shifting priorities, and cross-functional coordination demands within a dynamic operations environment. The role may involve supporting site visits, regulatory engagements, and ad-hoc leadership-directed initiatives across RSG destinations.
