About the Role

Neoleap is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive technical leadership for enterprise technology solutions. The role focuses on guiding architecture, engineering practices, and solution delivery, serving as the highest technical authority within assigned initiatives as a senior individual contributor.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of complex software development and technology initiatives.
• Define technical standards, design principles, and development best practices.
• Review solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation approaches.
• Resolve highly complex technical challenges across multiple technology domains.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Technical Governance and Quality Assurance

A key aspect of this role involves ensuring the integrity and quality of technical solutions. This includes leading technical reviews and code quality assessments to maintain high engineering standards. The Senior Technical Lead will also oversee engineering governance activities to ensure compliance with established practices and enterprise architecture standards.
