About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a Services & Data Solutions Senior Director to lead its Service & Data Solutions vertical. Strategic Focus

The Senior Director will be responsible for ensuring the Service & Data Solutions vertical aligns with the organization's strategic vision and business objectives. This involves a focus on leveraging advanced analytics and integrating emerging technologies to enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence across various programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Service & Data Solutions vertical, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy and business objectives.
• Drive solution design, support RFP responses, and build strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects with high quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop data-driven strategies by leveraging advanced analytics to support business decisions and product roadmaps.
• Lead the development and commercialization of data-driven products and digital services, including analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Integrate emerging technologies to enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the function.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leading services and data solutions, with a proven track record in driving digital innovation and managing complex projects.
