About the Shop Manager Role at Azadea Group

Azadea Group is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee store operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing sales and profitability, and maintaining brand standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Shop Manager supervises daily store activities to align with company objectives. This includes managing inventory, ensuring proper maintenance, and upholding the shop's external appearance to meet established brand standards. The role involves strategic oversight to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports on their impact.
Provide customer assistance, address inquiries and complaints, and foster customer loyalty in line with service standards.
Ensure all store licenses, certificates, and employee official documents are valid and compliant with local regulations.
Oversee inventory activities, including receiving, cycle counts, stock movements, transfers, damaged items, and shrinkage.
Analyze sales performance (hourly, daily, weekly), identify top-selling items and missing stock, and manage collection rotation for replenishment.
Place accurate orders to meet stock performance objectives and maximize sales.
Prepare staff schedules based on budgeted hours, traffic, sales targets, events, and operational needs, communicating sales plans and targets.
Log and update commercial and operational information, including requests, on designated platforms.
Manage the annual budget, monitor expenditures, optimize costs, and report variances.
Ensure the shop's image complies with brand standards, overseeing cleanliness, display, and maintenance of all areas.
Develop comprehensive reports on KPIs, sales trends, inventory levels, and team productivity.
For Multimedia & Lifestyle: Analyze sales data for trends, optimize inventory, and stay informed on technology, lifestyle, music, and literature trends.
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team, conducting daily meetings to ensure engagement and skill development.
