Reef Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and support social media activities across its brands and digital channels. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and priorities.

Role Overview

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for content planning, publishing, community engagement, trend monitoring, and performance tracking. The role also involves supporting social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, audience behavior, and digital engagement, with the ability to create relevant and engaging brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
• Coordinate content creation with Content, Creative, Design, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
• Publish and schedule approved content across social media channels.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
• Support community management and maintain professional engagement with followers.
• Monitor social media trends, viral topics, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Support campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
• Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
• Prepare regular social media reports and performance insights.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor competitor social media activities.
• Recommend content ideas and improvements based on audience behavior and platform trends.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication objectives.
• Support influencer and creator activities when required.
• Manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, audience behavior, and digital engagement.
• Ability to create relevant and engaging brand experiences.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires managing multiple brands and priorities within a dynamic environment.
