About Adree and the Role

Adree is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting product development by leveraging technical and analytical expertise. The role focuses on implementing and ensuring the consistent application of quality strategies, methodologies, and standards across all products and systems.

Ensuring End-to-End Quality

The primary objective of this role is to ensure end-to-end quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from initial analysis through to product release. This involves a comprehensive approach to quality assurance, aligning development processes with established policies, procedures, and industry standards. The expert will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating potential issues to deliver reliable and high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee QA strategies and methodologies for all products and systems, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards.
• Align solution and product development processes with company policies, procedures, and standards across the full software development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with product and project development procedures across various methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, from analysis through release.
• Review different business functions to support and enhance overall QA strategies.
• Coordinate effectively with business analysts, developers, system testers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and review activities to proactively identify potential issues and maintain end-to-end quality.
• Prepare comprehensive quality output reports for stakeholders, verifying that all processes and products comply with defined standards.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned to support quality assurance objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing QA strategies and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and various methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
• Proven analytical and technical skills to assess and improve product and system quality.

Strategic Alignment and Collaboration

This role requires a strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including development, business analysis, and testing, to foster a culture of quality. The expert will play a critical role in ensuring that all product and project development adheres strictly to established procedures and quality benchmarks, contributing to the overall integrity and success of Adree's software solutions.
