The Role

ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities within the MENA region. The Solution Architect will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the buying journey and articulating the value of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advocating for Business Process Management (BPM).
• Leading and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
• Engaging in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of ARIS solutions and BPM strategies.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations of ARIS tool capabilities.
• Addressing customer inquiries and responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Delivering high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
• Developing industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness.
• Collaborating with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
• Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position ARIS BPM solutions effectively.
• Mentoring and training junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote BPM solutions and gather market insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience in a presales or solution architecture role.
