About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 2-5 years of related work experience. The Spa Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of spa services and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other pertinent information.
Answer questions regarding available services, general property information, and amenities.
Confirm guest names and scheduled treatments prior to service commencement.
Monitor and adhere to the daily time schedule, advising providers of last-minute changes or additions and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment.
Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs.

Operational and Team Support

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and develop or implement quality improvement plans.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required for this role.
