About the Opportunity

Novartis Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Sr. Brand Manager / Brand Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for driving the success of our brands, from strategic development to execution. The role involves leading the launch of new products and translating global and regional strategies into impactful local brand plans to improve patient outcomes and foster sustainable growth.

Role Overview

This position requires a strategic and agile marketer who can operate effectively in a dynamic environment. The Brand Manager will play a key role in bringing innovative products to market, building strong brands, and making a tangible impact for patients within the assigned territory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
Execute, monitor, and analyze agreed tactical plans to ensure brand growth.
Lead the development of promotional activities, ensuring adherence to internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses, assessing the marketing mix for cost-effectiveness and results.
Identify area market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.
Monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools, taking corrective action as needed to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities, including scouting centers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Opinion Leaders (OLs) by disease within the assigned territory.
Identify specific needs for each patient segment and the implications of the disease for them within the assigned territory.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of brand management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated success in launching products.
Previous Sales management or Market access experience is desirable.
Experience in the Immunology Disease area is preferred.
Local market experience is preferred.
