About the Role

Alghanim Industries is seeking a Sr. Marketing Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to creating, developing, and implementing marketing plans in close coordination with the Marketing Manager. The position involves managing marketing budgets and evaluating the resulting financial returns, alongside ensuring optimal product promotion in collaboration with the Management team.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop advertising opportunities across business sectors to enhance brand exposure.
• Secure sponsorships to support brand publicity and increase brand awareness.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and their Return on Investment (ROI), including expenditure and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities in the market.
• Conduct market studies and identify opportunities for marketing innovation.
• Contribute to and develop long-term marketing plans and strategies.

Marketing Operations and Brand Management

• Plan and manage marketing events and media engagements.
• Manage the production of marketing materials, including writing, proofreading copy, approving designs, and liaising with agencies.
• Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities to operations and supervise tactical offers and their implementation.
• Maximize product perception in the market through various marketing activities and channels.
• Maintain brand standards across websites and all social media platforms.
• Develop marketing communications to enhance customer experience in stores and through social media.

Financial Oversight and Team Support

• Manage the annual marketing budget alongside the Marketing Manager.
• Track marketing expenditure against the allocated budget.
• Manage the Marketing Coordinator and provide support to the Marketing Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
• Demonstrated experience in Retail Marketing or the Food and Beverages sector.

Additional Skills

• Graphic Design skills are considered an advantage for this role.
