About the Role

Saudi Arabian Trading and Construction Company (SATCO) is seeking a dedicated Stakeholder / Interface Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing and optimizing interfaces between contractors, utilities, and third-party stakeholders across various projects. The position is crucial for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning all stakeholders with project goals and timelines. This involves translating technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks and facilitating discussions that drive efficiency. The role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate complex stakeholder relationships and deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interfaces between contractors, utilities, and third-party stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather and document project requirements by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, translating them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide project updates, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to project plans to maintain alignment with stakeholder objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications and communication plans, to ensure clarity and transparency among all parties involved.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with stakeholder engagement and interface management, proposing proactive strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
• Utilize project management tools to track project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing and validation processes for technical solutions, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements and function as intended prior to deployment.
• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders and team members on new systems and processes, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in stakeholder management and interface engineering, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a strong combination of technical understanding and interpersonal abilities to manage complex relationships effectively and drive project success.
