About the Role

Hill International is seeking a Stakeholder Interface Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all external parties, managing their expectations, and ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder register, including contact persons, terms of reference, MoUs, and agreements.
  • Establish and monitor interface protocols between stakeholders and third parties to optimize program setup and project delivery.
  • Engage with key third-party stakeholders affected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, maintaining effective relationships and reporting to RCRC.
  • Develop an Interface Management Plan detailing methods and processes for identification, development, and agreement with third parties.
  • Manage interfaces, ensuring all necessary approvals and permits are sought and obtained for project aspects, tracking authority approvals, monitoring, escalating, and resolving issues, and mitigating risks.
  • Handle all authority-related communication with the client and key stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain standardized documents and regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders, reflecting key issues, risks, resolutions, and performance.
  • Issue monthly stakeholder reports.
  • Support the Procurement and Contracts department.
  • Ensure a collaborative team approach for planning and delivering interface works, addressing all issues, and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Manage and coordinate timely dissemination of information to all relevant parties.
  • Adhere to Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning or project management.
  • Experience in major real estate development.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater master plans.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Experience in developing agreements and MoUs with strategic partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
