About the Role

Mace is seeking a Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing dedicated stakeholder and communications support to project teams, ensuring effective engagement, clear communication, and successful project outcomes within major new build stadiums, stadium redevelopments, and wider precinct transformations.

Project Context

Mace provides strategic project management consultancy for significant infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadium capacity, developing major mixed-use amenities, and implementing knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project's stakeholder engagement and communications strategy.
• Identify, map, and manage key stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, sporting bodies, utility providers, operators, and local communities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities to secure approvals, permits, and stakeholder buy-in.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements and ensure their incorporation into project planning, design, and delivery.
• Manage stakeholder issues, conflicts, and escalations to minimize impacts on programme, cost, and project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and consultations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor stakeholder risks, maintain action trackers, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Supervise community engagement initiatives and manage public-facing communications where required.
• Support the delivery of stakeholder and communications activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to enable successful outcomes.
• Monitor performance, reporting, and compliance against stakeholder and communications management plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, strengthening methodologies, integration, and delivery across communications disciplines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Commitment to professional development and chartered status progression.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, required for immigration and client approval.
