Stock Control/Depot Class I to IV VII and IX Supply Specialist

About the Role

GDC Middle East is seeking a Stock Control/Depot Class I to IV, VII and IX Supply Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for comprehensive inventory management within warehouses, focusing on logistics and supply chain duties related to equipment, facilities, and parts ordering. The role involves establishing reorder levels, tracking receipts, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall inventory within warehouses, including equipment and parts ordering.
• Establish and maintain reorder levels for supplies and track all incoming receipts.
• Assist with the shipping of repair and return items.
• Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct forecasting, and optimize inventory.
• Oversee all warehouse transactions and quantity management within the ERP system.

Tool Maintenance and Logistics Support

• Develop and evaluate Aviation Logistic Technicians in warehouse functions according to Logistical Technical Manuals.
• Ensure tool maintenance activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, and integrated to achieve operational readiness rates in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with established tool maintenance systems, processes, and procedures.
• Establish daily tool maintenance processes to meet operational goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily tool maintenance management, supporting the Aviation Maintenance Manager and collaborating with the PSI team for tool calibration parts and spares.
• Work within maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
• Report inquiries, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation tool maintenance to the Aviation Maintenance Manager.

Independence and Supervision

The specialist will operate within broad guidelines, exercising significant choice in methods to achieve duties and responsibilities. This role grants authority to select and implement goals and objectives related to the execution of tasks. Additionally, the specialist will ensure employees complete day-to-day operational duties, including necessary training.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in stock control, depot operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an aviation or similar technical environment.
