About the Role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operational excellence and manage full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility in Riyadh. This full-time role ensures adherence to brand compliance and fosters an environment aligned with brand values, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will be instrumental in strategic planning, efficient store operations, and financial outcomes, alongside developing staff capabilities to achieve business success.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of operational standards across visual merchandising, stock availability, customer service, and safety.
Maintain brand integrity through standardized displays and implement company procedures for stock security.
Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to manage stock turnover, address slow/fast-moving items, and coordinate ordering levels.
Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems to prevent business disruption.
Manage the registration and renewal of necessary permits and licenses.
Plan and account for the store's sales and profits, including reviewing monthly P&L reports.
Develop marketing and promotional plans to boost sales and profits.
Manage product ordering, receiving, pricing, and handle damaged/returned products.
Conduct daily floor walks to drive sales actions and coach staff, utilizing the Working Week Framework for operational planning.

Staff Management and Development

Train employees on customer service best practices and behaviors.
Monitor customer behavior and feedback to improve service levels and identify opportunities for service enhancement through research.
Hire, train, and develop employees with a comprehensive training calendar, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Motivate, support, and evaluate staff performance, adhering to HR and health and safety procedures.
Develop a succession plan for talent growth and business continuity.

Financial Oversight

Manage financial operations including sales, manpower, and expenses.
Prepare annual budgets in coordination with the Area Manager.
Ensure timely issuance of all relevant financial reports.
Oversee effective administration of invoices, credit notes, and petty cash management.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in store management.
Proven ability to manage P&L and ensure operational excellence.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service best practices.
Experience in staff training, development, and performance evaluation.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
